What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing relevant banking advice and connecting customers to products that meet their needs.
• Process various banking transactions and maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer.
• Open retail products and services for customers, ensuring high accuracy in account documentation.
• Educate customers on safe banking practices to proactively prevent fraud.
• Refer business to commercial, insurance, and investment partners.
• Develop new banking relationships through personal networks and community engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn bank-specific software (MPC, IBS, ADP, etc.).
• Flexibility to travel to assigned Banking Centers to fill staffing needs.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
