Location: Remote, must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela)

What you will do
- Manage the full guest booking pipeline, including sourcing, outreach, and scheduling.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for podcast clients, hosts, and guests.
- Coordinate production workflows between editors, designers, and internal teams.
- Utilize AI tools to improve guest research, outreach, and overall workflow efficiency.
- Track episode timelines and ensure all assets are published on time.
- Maintain organized trackers and documentation for all assigned shows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, or podcast production.
- English: Minimum B2 level required (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, or Venezuela).
- Strong proficiency in using AI tools to optimize daily workflows and research.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Experience with project management systems, Slack, and podcast publishing platforms.
