What you will do

• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables while tracking change requests to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead project planning and progress tracking, working with teams on estimates and schedules.
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, monitoring performance and maintaining team motivation.
• Develop risk management plans, identifying potential risks and defining mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Implement technical integrations for advertising vendors and ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, and ADA accessibility requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience with CMS-based products (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Sitefinity, Kentico).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and various delivery models.
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into clear technical documentation for developers.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of data tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Basic understanding of project financial management, including budgeting and P&L.
• Exposure to high-traffic architectures and security concepts (CDN, WAF, DDoS protection).
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers and frontend teams.
