What you will do

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects within CX and telecom environments.
• Oversee both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and task ownership.
• Identify risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties for resolution.
• Monitor project budgets and costs in collaboration with Finance teams.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in CX, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, and technical cutovers.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel.
• Strong leadership skills for facilitating meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in multicultural and distributed team environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with ISP, carrier, UCaaS, or wholesale voice environments.
• PMP certification or equivalent qualification.
