Senior Manager, GTM Onboarding (SaaS)

Location: Must be based in the United States (Lexington, MA)

Salary: $132,000–$198,000

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global GTM onboarding strategy for Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, including program logistics, facilitator coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead and develop the GTM Enablement Specialist to ensure high-quality content production and reporting.
• Design and maintain comprehensive onboarding curricula, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and role-play exercises.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align onboarding with current business priorities.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as time-to-ramp and new hire quota attainment.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement or GTM onboarding within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience in people management and building high-performing teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for both live and virtual environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Value Selling.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, Seismic, and Salesforce.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
