What you will do

• Own the strategy for profitable growth within the Middle Market and Enterprise segments ($100M+ risk segment).
• Monitor KPIs, perform creative underwriting, and lead broker negotiations to achieve premium goals.
• Develop bespoke initiatives with strategic distribution partners to expand reach and accelerate revenue.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to create tools that enhance the underwriting process.
• Participate in risk assessment roundtables and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Lead client and broker meetings to provide education on evolving cyber risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cyber and Tech E&O Underwriting, including product development or portfolio management.
• Proven experience in handling large and complex risk segments.
• Track record of successfully building and nurturing broker partnerships on a national and local level.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and risk management.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally.
