What you will do

• Own and ship core money experiences including fiat deposits, withdrawals, and payment products used by millions.
• Build AI-native infrastructure such as agent harnesses, reusable skills, and evaluation pipelines to multiply team output.
• Drive frontend quality through robust architecture, performance optimization, and server-driven UI systems.
• Implement tracking and experimentation foundations to ensure product decisions are data-driven.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams across the US and APAC to deliver complex features.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required for effective communication with APAC teams.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, React, and modern toolchains like Vite.
• Experience building AI-assisted development tools or agent-based systems.
• Deep understanding of web performance, responsive design, and security.
• Ability to root-cause ambiguous problems and work effectively with incomplete information.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with E2E automation using Playwright.
• Background in payments, fintech, or trading products.
• Familiarity with server-driven UI or large-scale frontend library architecture.
• Proven track record of shipping developer tooling or open-source contributions.
