What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers to foster a culture of innovation.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business strategy and market needs.
• Define accuracy and reliability benchmarks for AI-powered features and oversee their performance in production.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
• Represent the product vision to enterprise customers and domain experts in sustainability.
• Manage product budgets and resource allocation to optimize development outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience leading Product Management teams.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to navigate complex, distributed, and ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in California, US.
