What you will do

• Manage and grow a book of accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Represent the company at the executive level to build and maintain strong client and broker relationships.
• Develop and execute marketing opportunities to maximize program effectiveness.
• Identify and report potential risks while providing strategic recommendations for account expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the client experience across sales and marketing.
• Document and train internal staff on new processes and policies related to client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of account management experience.
• Experience managing employee benefit offerings or programs.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
• Ability to work in-office 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA.
• Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
