What you will do

• Grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and execute community engagement playbooks for each platform.
• Build and nurture active, trusted subreddits.
• Create scalable content strategies that maintain authenticity using AI tools.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation metrics.

Requirements

• Must reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Proven track record in fintech, insurtech, or regulated consumer categories.
• Deep understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
• Ability to write authentic, platform-native content that avoids corporate-speak.
• Strategic mindset focused on building systems and long-term organic trust.
