Salary: $115,700 – $144,600 (USD) for US-based roles; 121,500 – 136,700 (CAD) for Canadian-based roles.

What you will do

• Create and amplify educational content, strategic campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Develop and execute cross-functional distribution plans to reach relevant audiences.
• Repurpose content across social, email, video, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate on SEO and AEO strategies while maintaining high creative standards.
• Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, audience development, or creator media.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a bias toward execution.
• Fluency with modern content and AI tools.
• Ability to operate independently and manage projects in a remote-first, async environment.
• Portfolio and cover letter required for application.
