What you will do

• Own the end-to-end video strategy, from creative concept and production to distribution and performance analysis.
• Direct and coordinate internal and third-party production teams for high-quality video content across multiple marketing channels.
• Develop an innovation roadmap for video development, integrating new tools and AI technologies to streamline workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Growth, and Social to ensure video initiatives support business goals.
• Mentor team members and establish best practices for asset management and project governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional video experience with a strong portfolio in B2B tech advertising and brand campaigns.
• Must be based in Raleigh, NC and able to work in the office at least two days per week.
• Expert knowledge of video production equipment, artistic techniques, and online distribution formats.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to drive business outcomes.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
