What you will do

• Drive the execution of multimedia content including gameplay videos, livestreams, and social-first assets.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Marketing teams to develop campaign hooks and pitch decks for key game beats.
• Oversee and mentor in-house and freelance creative professionals to ensure brand alignment.
• Translate high-level marketing vision into compelling social storytelling.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder reviews to ensure timely delivery.
• Streamline creative pipelines to improve team velocity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital media, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and developing talent.
• Expertise in AAA game-capture and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of player motivations and content ecosystems like TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch.
• Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
