What you will do
- Concept and design direct-response creative (emails, ads, landing pages, and other acquisition experiences) to test data-driven hypotheses.
- Leverage AI content and collaborate with human writers to produce high-quality, engaging creative that drives business results.
- Create compelling visual communications using video production, editing, and motion graphics for channels such as email, Meta, TikTok, display, and native.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify creative testing opportunities, align with channel goals, and iterate based on performance insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and improve production processes.
- Ensure all creative is on-brand and compliant with regulatory and legal requirements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing direct response creative (emails, digital ads, landing pages, and other acquisition experiences).
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse direct-response work, ideally including email and brand design.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, and Google Suite.
- Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and output volume.
- Strong communication skills to articulate creative choices to non-creative stakeholders; familiarity with performance marketing KPIs and metrics.
Nice to have
- Experience in a highly iterative performance creative testing culture.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Working knowledge of Figma, CSS, and HTML; experience troubleshooting rendering issues with developers.
- Experience creating ads for Meta and TikTok.
- Experience with video production/editing/motion graphics (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
