What you will do

• Own end-to-end video production from business goal to polished final cut including AI generation, compositing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and finishing.
• Write scripts and storyboards to tell stories with clear narrative structure, pacing, and arc.
• Produce high-volume short-form and long-form content with same-day or next-day turnaround collaborating with social, PMM, and brand teams.
• Build and document repeatable AI video workflows to increase output velocity without sacrificing quality.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI video models rapidly into production pipelines.

Requirements

• Must have 3-5+ years video editing/production experience with portfolio including AI-generated work.
• Advanced daily proficiency with AI video generation models and expert-level prompt engineering.
• Strong scriptwriting and storyboarding skills.
• Expertise in color grading, pacing, typography, motion graphics, and audio design.
• Proficiency in at least one NLE (Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut) for finishing and compositing.
• Must be located in the United States to comply with visa and employment requirements.
