What you will do

• Conduct proactive outreach to patients to educate them on testing processes and appropriateness.
• Engage with patients via phone, SMS, and email to provide a supportive experience.
• Address inquiries regarding eligibility, insurance coverage, costs, and financial assistance.
• Identify and resolve barriers to care, including scheduling and provider communication.
• Assist patients in navigating the portal and accessing test results.
• Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers to support patient needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of experience in patient support, customer service, or healthcare operations.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or outbound contact center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle PHI in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree.
