What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of clinicians as the primary point of contact from onboarding through long-term success.
- Provide orthodontic consultations and case reviews to support clinical decision-making.
- Demo services and onboard new clinicians to ensure seamless integration of clinical workflows.
- Develop training materials, including video guides and live sessions, for professional audiences.
- Host and lead webinars to make complex clinical topics accessible and engaging for large audiences.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and collaborate with leadership to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Clinical background in dentistry or orthodontics is mandatory.
- Proven experience in customer success, customer support, or a client-facing commercial role.
- English: C1+ (excellent written and spoken proficiency) required.
- Ability to create professional training content and conduct live demos.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

- Orthodontic specialization and hands-on experience supporting orthodontic teams.
- Experience designing or delivering training content for adult professional audiences.
