What you will do

• Design and ship core platform services end-to-end as self-service capabilities.
• Shape reference architectures, golden paths, and engineering standards via the Architecture Council.
• Advance AI-first software delivery by evolving templates, pipelines, and agentic coding workflows.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and observability standards while managing reliability, security, and cost.
• Mentor platform and operating-company engineers through hands-on coding and architectural guidance.
• Partner with technical leadership to build a connected engineering community across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience across platform engineering, cloud, DevOps, SRE, and software engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS (or Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi).
• Deep experience in CI/CD, GitOps, and building internal developer platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language such as Go, Python, or TypeScript.
• Proven track record in cloud-native security, IAM, and secure software supply chains.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Strong design sensibility for API contracts and clean abstractions.
