What you will do

• Design development and production platforms and abstractions over cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes to enable rapid shipping.
• Take end-to-end ownership of deployment architecture in customer-owned cloud environments, including VPC configuration and networking.
• Build automation and runbooks to make enterprise deployments repeatable and scalable.
• Ensure the reliability of AI agent workloads through robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Collaborate with customers' platform and security teams to navigate infrastructure and compliance constraints.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in core infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps.
• Deep expertise with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure), Terraform, and Kubernetes at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking fundamentals (VPCs, IAM, DNS, load balancing).
• Proven track record of operating production systems reliably, including on-call and incident management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate technical plans to various stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco (in-office company)

Nice to have

• Experience managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments and handling security reviews.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, service templates, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Infrastructure-as-code experience with a focus on supply chain security and least privilege.
• Experience operating latency-sensitive ML/AI-serving workloads in production.
