What you will do

• Lead high-impact platform projects to improve developer experience, reliability, and security.
• Design AI-augmented tooling and workflows to shift how code is written and deployed.
• Own Infrastructure-as-Code for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Evolve the CI/CD backbone using Argo CD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions.
• Drive observability and reliability using Datadog and hirify.global, owning SLOs and dashboards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support their growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS) at scale.
• Proficiency in Golang or Python and Terraform.
• Working knowledge of AWS core services (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB, S3).
• Familiarity with GitOps workflows and the CNCF ecosystem (Argo, Helm, Backstage).
• B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
