What you will do

• Enhance developer experience by improving processes, security, and quality across the development lifecycle.
• Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Manage infrastructure-as-code solutions for Kubernetes and AWS to ensure performance and scalability.
• Develop self-service tools and automation scripts to empower engineering teams.
• Resolve production issues and proactively identify bottlenecks in engineering productivity.
• Partner with the Security team to enforce best practices and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software development.
• Proficiency in Linux operations and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code development.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
• Experience with GitOps practices like ArgoCD or FluxCD.
• Familiarity with AI tools and internal developer platform observability.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
