What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for the global Total Rewards function across Compensation and Benefits.
• Develop and evolve an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned to business priorities and the Employee Value Proposition.
• Partner with Talent Experience & Development leaders to connect performance, recognition, career growth, rewards, and retention into a cohesive employee experience.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation to align Total Rewards with enterprise priorities.
• Modernize Total Rewards operations by simplifying processes, leveraging technology, and evolving the Benefits operating model.
• Lead annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, salary structures, incentive programs, and pay philosophy; support executive compensation and equity governance.

Requirements

• Location: Southern California, USA (Remote)
• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a complex organization.
• Proven success leading organizational transformation and operational excellence (or HR modernization initiatives) within Total Rewards.
• Strong people leadership experience, including coaching leaders and leading through change.
• Experience leveraging technology, automation, analytics, or AI to improve business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence with exceptional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Culture & Benefits

• Base salary range in the United States: $180,000–$210,000.
• Target annual bonus: 20% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
• Connectivity Plus stipend: $150/month for remote work-related expenses.
• Home office reimbursement: $200/year.
