What you will do

• Implement leasing strategies to maximize rental income and ensure team execution.
• Conduct local market research to guide rental rates and concession offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident renewals, transfers, and move-ins.
• Manage daily leasing activities, including tours, lease execution, and prospect communication.
• Partner with Community and Asset Managers to set rents and maintain property standards.
• Maintain resident relations through events, social media engagement, and reputation management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Class A multifamily high-rise Leasing Manager or 5+ years in multifamily high-rise leasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Yardi and Blue Moon software.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
