What you will do

• Design and maintain external documentation systems including API references and integration guides.
• Define and implement AI-augmented documentation workflows using LLMs for drafting and validation.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and researchers to synthesize and structure technical knowledge.
• Manage content quality signals and establish feedback loops to address outdated or low-rated documentation.
• Contribute to information architecture, including taxonomy, versioning, and content standards.
• Steward internal knowledge bases, capturing decision logs, architecture notes, and runbooks.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency required.
• Ability to read code, API specs, and architecture diagrams to collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Deep understanding of developer experience (DX) and user experience (UX) principles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted documentation workflows and LLM tools.
• Experience in technical writing or knowledge management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence, Document360, GitBook, or Notion.
• Familiarity with spec formats such as OpenAPI, Swagger, AsyncAPI, or GraphQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
