What you will do

• Design and execute content programs like technical deep-dives and AMAs to drive community engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community content is optimized for generative AI search engines.
• Govern the content lifecycle by auditing, refreshing, and maintaining the accuracy of community knowledge assets.
• Partner with engineers to deploy AI workflows that monitor community sentiment and surface strategic GTM signals.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches and business priorities.
• Measure content performance and demonstrate business value through support deflection and pipeline influence.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in content strategy, community content, or knowledge management.
• Proven ability to restructure technical environments into accessible, search-optimized narratives.
• Experience optimizing content for generative AI engines and understanding LLM citation standards.
• Proficiency in using content performance data and analytics tools to drive decision-making.
• Experience applying content taxonomy and metadata standards at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
• Background in B2B SaaS or post-sales environments.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows or automation pipelines for content use cases.
