Salary: $115,000–$135,000

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks using Playwright and Cucumber.
• Drive an automation-first mindset across UI, API, integration, and regression testing layers.
• Partner with developers to improve code quality through testability reviews and shift-left practices.
• Integrate automated tests into modern CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Define and enforce best practices for defect triage, root-cause analysis, and quality governance.
• Lead enablement sessions on TypeScript and continuous testing for scrum teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software test automation or engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a principal or lead role.
• Deep hands-on expertise with TypeScript, Playwright, and Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application testing.
• Experience designing automation frameworks from scratch and scaling them across teams.
• Must be able to work in the Atlanta office 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Insurance or financial services domain experience.
• Experience with performance testing and observability tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe practices.
