What you will do

• Own quality across the TyrOS SDLC, acting as the final quality gatekeeper for all production releases.
• Review pull requests, validate testing evidence, and verify functionality in ephemeral environments.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end test suite using Playwright.
• Design and implement automated tests to reduce manual regression and increase engineering velocity.
• Perform non-functional testing, including performance, accessibility, and data integrity verification.
• Establish QA metrics, documentation, and repeatable standards to scale the engineering organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA, Test Automation, or SDET for modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining automated testing suites.
• Ability to read application code to validate coverage.
• Strong understanding of regression testing methodologies.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Rosslyn, VA or Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense technology or highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
• Experience with API validation and backend services.
