What you will do

• Define and own the automation roadmap, including standards, quality gates, and success metrics.
• Critically evaluate and evolve the existing Playwright framework to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to align automation efforts with business priorities.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and ensure consistent execution.
• Mentor QA team members and lead knowledge transfer to reduce key-person dependency.
• Establish and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into automation health and release readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of QA Automation experience with a strong hands-on track record.
• 3+ years leading automation initiatives, frameworks, or teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design and maintain UI, API, and data automation solutions.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish reliable reporting metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data platforms or enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with mobile automation frameworks like Appium.
• Experience working with AI-powered QA tooling.
• Experience with TestRail or similar test management platforms.
