TL;DR
Senior People Advisor (HR): Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle operations and complex HR processes with an accent on data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence. Focus on driving process improvements, leveraging automation and AI tools, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Location: Must be able to work from the Atlanta office at least two days a week.
Salary: $89,800 - $120,100

What you will do
- Manage and execute employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Resolve complex employee and manager inquiries via ServiceNow case management.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems and documentation.
- Partner with HR business partners on workforce transitions, reorganizations, and M&A activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to the global People Operations team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong working knowledge of US employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage complex projects spanning multiple months.
- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work from the Atlanta office at least two days a week.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with a customer-service mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and fast-paced organizational changes.
Nice to have
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar cloud-based HR systems.
- Proficiency with HR case management and knowledge base software like ServiceNow.
- Exposure to process automation, workflow design, and AI-enabled operational tools.
