What you will do

• Deliver Labor Risk Prevention services for hirify.global Spain, implementing all activities related to occupational risk protection.
• Draft and implement global Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies in collaboration with Legal and People teams.
• Scout, onboard, and manage global vendors, training partners, and health centers.
• Lead country-specific OHS audits to ensure entity compliance with local regulations.
• Manage OHS budgets and analyze vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, and articles to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Técnico/a Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales qualification (Occupational Safety, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology).
• Experience implementing and managing health and safety programs and vendor partnerships.
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1+).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to map complex processes.
• Must be based in Spain.
