What you will do

• Supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors to ensure efficient facility operations.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS.
• Develop work scopes and contracts for outside service vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulatory programs.
• Track maintenance key performance indicators and manage MRO budgets.
• Assist in the execution of capital projects and facility modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (BSME or BSEE preferred) or 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations, LSS techniques, and machine functionality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Proficiency in document management and technical communication.
• Must be able to work onsite in Claremont, NC.
