What you will do

• Partner with Global Banking, Markets, and Asset Management teams to deploy the firm’s balance sheet and facilitate new product launches.
• Develop and present analyses of firmwide funding plans for senior management, regulators, and investors.
• Engage with external stakeholders including regulatory and ratings agencies.
• Iteratively optimize the firm’s funding liability strategy regarding cost, diversification, and maturity.
• Conduct scenario analysis to inform resource allocation decisions based on liquidity and return profiles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present high-level conclusions to senior management.
• Risk management mindset with the ability to design mitigating controls.
• Experience managing and interpreting large datasets using business intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Functional understanding of financial institution liquidity metrics and bank balance sheets.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for producing executive-level presentations.
