What you will do

• Partner with the Head of Operations to scope business problems and design AI-enabled solutions.
• Build and ship full-stack AI-powered features, from user interfaces to backend services.
• Develop automation pipelines and APIs to support intelligent product capabilities.
• Apply MLOps and software engineering best practices to testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Utilize AI-native workflows for coding, testing, and planning to accelerate development.
• Analyze usage data to iterate on product features and drive business impact.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following states: AZ, CO, FL, ID, GA, IL, NH, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software or full-stack engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI applications using tools like OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.
• Practical experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, or RAG architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Ability to own outcomes and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in healthcare, healthtech, or other regulated domains.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLM-based systems.
