What you will do
- Help customers understand the value of the platform throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct product demonstrations and address technical inquiries during sales calls.
- Provide hands-on support for customers during proof-of-concept sessions.
- Document technical use cases for blog posts and product documentation.
- Travel up to 30% of the time for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Residency in Italy is required.
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
