Software Engineer (AI/ML)

Location: Onsite in Columbia, Maryland; applicants must reside in the United States at the time of application.

Salary: USD $75,421–$113,131 per year

What you will do

• Elicit stakeholder requirements and assess the applicability of AI and machine learning solutions.
• Develop automated analysis and triage across multiple collection techniques.
• Integrate capabilities into existing platforms and SDKs.
• Build scripts and user interfaces to convert and normalize data.
• Automate tasking and collection by extending the existing platform with new tools and technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience, or a technical bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Production-grade software development experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience with machine learning and AI tooling platforms.
• Experience containerizing and deploying services with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, production service management, and Atlassian tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI tooling such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Experience with Java, C, React, or Vue.
• Experience analyzing cybersecurity datasets, including network traffic and operating-system events.
• Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems or production CNO capabilities.
