Compensation: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity.

What you will do

• Lead a team coordinating product launches across internal and external stakeholders to ensure support readiness.
• Define team strategy, goals, and quality standards while managing capacity and performance.
• Build scalable feedback loops between support, Product, and Engineering to inform product development.
• Advocate for user needs and pain points in cross-functional product discussions.
• Standardize and document launch procedures to ensure repeatability and scalability.
• Monitor post-launch performance and report on key insights and trends to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
• Experience leading product enablement or launch-readiness functions at scale within a customer support environment.
• Proven ability to ship tooling or automations that reduce manual work and scale across teams.
• Strong background in product management with a focus on using metrics to drive process improvements.
• Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
