What you will do

• Build the AI-native operator experience (RestX) on top of the agent platform.
• Create closed-loop playbooks for profit-aware demand capture, menu optimization, and reputation automation.
• Synthesize operator outcomes and provide one-tap paths for recommended actions.
• Conduct deep customer research with restaurant owners and frontline teams to build product intuition.
• Own the foundations for orders, menus, integrations, and overall system reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or equivalent building experience with a track record of shipping.
• Strong AI product instincts grounded in real-world operations and iterative loops.
• Deep technical depth and ability to partner closely with engineering on data flows and reliability.
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills to balance speed with long-term maintainability.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
