Senior Release and Deployment Engineer (DevOps)

Location: Krakow, Poland. Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to reside and work in Poland. International relocation and remote work outside Poland are not considered. Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may require 0%–10% travel.

What you will do

• Manage release processes and deployment activities across target environments.
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Provision and maintain application environments, infrastructure, and Linux-based systems.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health, performance, logging, and alerting.
• Coordinate deployments with manufacturing engineering, development, QA, and IT teams, and lead Go-Live activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, deployment engineering, or release management.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, PowerShell, Python, Terraform or Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, observability solutions such as ELK Stack, Git-based version control, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong written and spoken English required; applicants must already have the right to reside and work in Poland.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and FerretDB.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
