Compensation: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and own scalable systems for product launch readiness, feedback capture, and triage.
• Coordinate product launches across internal and third-party teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Implement feedback loops that integrate customer insights into product and engineering roadmaps.
• Advocate for user needs and pain points in cross-functional product discussions.
• Standardize launch procedures to ensure repeatability and scalability.
• Monitor post-launch performance and report on key trends and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
• Experience in product launch coordination within a customer support environment.
• Background in product management or technical program management.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, analytics, and automation.
• Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with Product and Engineering teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate feedback into strategic insights.
