IT Support Lead

What you will do

• Provide direct supervision of technical support staff and manage incoming inquiries.
• Set quarterly goals, monitor team performance, and develop tracking reports.
• Provide advanced technical support and act as the point of contact for escalations.
• Oversee IT stock, procurement of components, and asset management.
• Onboard new team members and provide coaching to colleagues.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical competencies and team fit.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing customer-focused teams.
• Proficiency in administering Windows, Linux, macOS, Microsoft products, Networks, Google Apps, Active Directory, ABM, and MDM.
• Deep understanding of ITIL principles.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
