What you will do

• Provide clinical guidance and monthly 1:1 check-ins for a Virtual Nurse Practitioner in California.
• Review medical records to ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain compliance with evidence-based clinical guidelines tailored to telemedicine.
• Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all clinical activities meet federal and state regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with telemedicine and remote patient monitoring tools.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
