What you will do

• Conduct video and audio consultations for patients requiring expert diabetes and weight management intervention.
• Supervise care provided by non-physician clinicians through case review meetings and medication titration guidance.
• Provide clinical support for various diabetes therapies, including orals, injectables, and insulin.
• Manage and support patients using diabetes technologies such as pumps, CGM, and connected pens.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification.
• Active MD or DO license in at least one US state.
• Active DEA license.
• Proven expertise in diabetes therapies and diabetes technologies (pumps, CGM, apps).
• Proficiency with EMR platforms and medical billing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
