Salary: $73,500 – $123,600 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing collections team, including onshore FTEs and offshore BPO partners.
  • Drive quarterly reductions in past-due AR balances and improve days-to-pay metrics.
  • Own end-to-end collections operations, including account management, escalation handling, and quality control.
  • Implement automation and system enhancements using tools like Zuora, HighRadius, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Customer Success to streamline issue resolution.
  • Maintain and enforce corporate credit policies and conduct monthly collection reviews.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams or team leads.
  • Deep expertise in the full order-to-cash process and financial systems like Zuora, HighRadius, or Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of managing BPO or offshore vendor relationships.
  • Strong operational focus with the ability to leverage AI tools for process automation.
