Salary: $24/hr - $30/hr

What you will do

• Travel to member homes and community locations to provide acute and episodic medical care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and social workers.
• Provide therapeutic interventions under direct physician guidance.
• Facilitate clinical intake visits for new members.
• Engage with members post-discharge to solve root causes of readmission.

Requirements

• Active EMT-Paramedic license in the state of Texas or NREMT certification.
• Current PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
• 3+ years of field clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms for care delivery.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with pediatric patients.
• Experience in critical care, primary care, or mobile integrated healthcare.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
