Salary: $55,000–$80,000 annually + bonus structure

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to identify patient needs.
• Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans based on health history, goals, and medical conditions.
• Build structured recommendations to support wellness, disease management, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor patient outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plan records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare providers to ensure consistency in care planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) or CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist) credential required.
• Must be able to work on-site in Bronx, NY.
• Strong understanding of nutrition science, physiology, and dietary planning.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage care plan standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinical nutrition.
