Onsite Medical Representative

Salary: $26.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize associate risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and manage workers’ compensation programs.
• Engage with leadership on the operations floor to provide coaching on at-risk work habits.
• Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
• Maintain a clean working environment and ensure medical supply inventory is managed.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• Current EMT-basic certification from the state of Utah required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must obtain American Heart Association or Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 3 weeks of start date if not already held.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial wellness programs or musculoskeletal disorder management.
• Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Military experience as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, or Hospital Corpsman.
