Location: Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT, USA
Salary: $26.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do
- Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
- Minimize associate risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and manage workers’ compensation programs.
- Engage with leadership on the operations floor to provide coaching on at-risk work habits.
- Participate in training and certification for first aid, CPR, and AED classes.
- Maintain a clean working environment and ensure medical supply inventory is managed.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma required.
- Current EMT-basic certification from the state of Utah required.
- Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours and lift up to 49 pounds.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must obtain American Heart Association or Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 3 weeks of start date if not already held.
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial wellness programs or musculoskeletal disorder management.
- Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Military experience as a Combat Medic, Field Medic, or Hospital Corpsman.
