What you will do

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage and delegate tasks to internal crews and subcontractors across multiple sites.
• Review project documentation, including BOMs, drawings, and matrices, to ensure site readiness.
• Oversee installation, testing, and troubleshooting of access control, CCTV, and intercom systems.
• Maintain project schedules, track labor hours, and ensure quality control according to DIV28 specifications.
• Communicate project milestones, issues, and redlines to project management and design teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in electronic security installation.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass background checks for security clearances.
• Proficiency with security systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, or S2.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and project matrices.
• Physical ability to work on construction sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.
