What you will do

• Lead and train onsite team members to ensure efficient daily workflow and task completion.
• Serve as the primary job-site representative and safety officer for all installation projects.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with construction managers and engineers.
• Verify the quality of onsite work against as-built drawings and document all changes.
• Manage job readiness by ensuring materials, drawings, and safety documentation are prepared.
• Submit end-of-day reports regarding progress, quality concerns, and material status.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in construction management preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification required (must obtain within 30 days if not currently held).
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time via company vehicle or airplane.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
