What you will do

• Handle accounting activities for Italian operations following local and group standards.
• Review and analyze financial data, making necessary adjustments and corrections.
• Manage monthly and annual financial closings.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure reconciliation between entities.
• Automate repetitive tasks and document financial procedures to improve efficiency.
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with annual tax filings.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting (e.g., MSc).
• 2-3 years of experience as an Accountant or in Big Four audit.
• English: C1 (Fluency) required.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software (Oracle or similar).
• Strong knowledge of VAT and tax reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Milan office (Hybrid).
