What you will do

• Process daily accounts payable, including vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring timely payments.
• Maintain and update vendor master data while monitoring invoice payment status.
• Act as a business partner to the procurement team to resolve disputes and address risk issues.
• Perform month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external financial audits to ensure compliance with policies.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends to provide necessary reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business, or Accounting required.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) required.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Minimum 6-month internship commitment.
